Logistics are arranged to suit the destination, with transit times varying according to location and access.

  • Every Joind door is made to order. Rather than offering a standard, off-the-shelf product, we tailor each project to your exact specifications—including profile, dimensions, material, finish, grain direction, edging and machining requirements.

    As these selections can influence both the manufacturing process and final cost, submitting a quote allows our team to review the complete project and provide accurate, project-specific pricing.

    This considered approach ensures your doors are manufactured correctly from the outset and gives you the flexibility to create a truly bespoke solution.

    At this stage, samples from our Feature Accent Collection are not available to order online. For client approval or project sign-off, please contact our team directly and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • Yes. If your project requirements change after submitting your quote, please contact our team with the updated details. We can revise dimensions, quantities, profiles, materials, finishes and machining requirements before the quote is approved.

    Changes made after approval or once production has commenced may affect pricing, lead times or may not be possible, so we recommend confirming all specifications carefully before placing your order.

  • Yes we do.

  • Joind Doors are covered by a 10-year structural warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and the structural integrity of the doors when they are stored, installed and maintained in accordance with our care and installation guidelines.
