Samples may be purchased online via Shopify, while full product orders are processed by quotation and invoice.

Samples

Samples may be purchased via our Shopify store for evaluation purposes only.
Pricing for samples includes handling and may vary based on availability.

Trade Orders

All full-size orders are processed by quotation and invoice.
Pricing and lead times are confirmed in writing prior to acceptance.
An order is not binding until payment or a purchase order is received and acknowledged by Joind.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

  • Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging.

5. Payments

Sample purchases are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway.
Trade orders are payable by bank transfer or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership of goods remains with Joind until full payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and layout, is the property of Joind or its licensors.
